Princess Beatrice stepped out earlier this week to visit the Royal British Legion Industries charity, however, some royal fans were quick to notice her change in figure. Royal fan @kaycotterill22 posted on Instagram: “Beatrice has lost a lot of weight. Hope she is okay.”
Another royal watcher, @taminator61 replied: “I’ve been noticing that as well.”
Princess Beatrice reportedly follows a semi-vegan diet, with the royal wanting to permanently become plant-based in the future according to royal sources.
Dr Charlotte Norton, the Medical Director at The Slimming Clinic explained to Express.co.uk: “Sufficient water intake aids in the removal of toxins from the body and boosts metabolism. Drinking a glass or two of warm water first thing in the morning can aid in weight loss and belly fat reduction.”
Princess Beatrice has made a number of public appearances since Sienna Mapelli Mozzi’s birth over the last year and has looked very healthy.

A personal trainer told Express.co.uk that Beatrice is “in great shape” since giving birth in September last year.
Michael Brigo, a Personal Trainer from brigopt.com spoke to Express.co.uk about Beatrice’s diet and exercise plans for gaining such an impressive figure after having Sienna.
He said: “Princess Beatrice gave birth in autumn last year and she’s looking in great shape. Diet is a major factor in any weight loss plan, evermore so when pregnant.
“It’s certain she embarked on post-natal exercise to strengthen her body. Then, followed by progressively more intense resistance-based exercise for body tone, strength and shape.
According to the Princess, the hardest thing to give up when becoming a vegan is sushi.
So Beatrice certainly would have been pleased that the vegan offering was said to be almost as good as real sushi.
Charlotte added: “I’m sure there would have been a lot of factors which contributed to Princess Beatrice’s impressive post-baby weight loss.
“One of the things that aids with weight loss significantly is breastfeeding. While the amount of weight that can be lost via breastfeeding varies person to person, typically an individual could look at burning between 500 and 700 calories per day.
“In order to achieve sustainable weight loss, it is likely the Princess would have had a high-fiber diet consisting of foods such as avocados, berries, beans, broccoli and more.
“Fiber is great for making you feel fuller for longer, which as a result, curbs snacking throughout the day.
“In addition to this, stocking up healthy proteins such as lean meats, eggs and dairy would have boosted metabolism and decreased appetite which would have aided in weight loss.
“Coupling a healthy and nutritious diet with exercise would have also contributed to her weight loss; however this would of course depend on the healthcare advice provided post-pregnancy.”
